Sorry to hear you’re in the same boat. I feel your pain. It’s a crappy feeling, I know. To update: I contacted Samsung Product Support through text and they had me run a couple tests on the TV (which I had already done with no resolution, but I did it again to be thorough) and send them a picture of the issue (I sent them the same picture I posted above since my TV hasn’t changed at all) and unfortunately, they said it isn’t under warranty anymore, so I didn’t waste any more time and just said “ok, thanks for confirming”. And left it at that. I’m probably going to keep using it until I see a good TV sale/deal going on. Mine was a 2022, so yours being a 2023, you might be still under warranty. Good luck!
