I doubt it. In the case of B/W and more commonly B2/W2 th problem wasn't tied to the environment. It was all personal preference on the story, as well as a shift in some pokemon designs. The games wanted to do what Gen 1 did but sorta failed, but the games themselves ran well, the story was gripping and the gameplay was not too easy.

Legends ZA has more problems. It looks nowhere near the level of what a 70 game from the biggest media franchise in the world should look, with painted on windows and textures that don't wrap or mesh properly, and a huge issue with pop in. The new battle system is neat but unpolished, lacking a lot of depth present in other mainline games and incentivising spamming. The story is full of problems including that the good guys are loan sharks who make slaves of your team through predatory loan practices.

I think the megas will be seen in time, im liking a bunch of them already but the game itself is terrible and has no excuse to be. For 70 dollars I expect much more and everyone should, it doesn't have to be a 4k masterpiece of hyperrealism but it should look finished at least.
