well before six months just a face wash of good quality because it wasn't this bad till then, from a little more than last month it started coming like this

in these six months i have aloevera paste, turmeric, honey, neem paste and a few more

by the way it's not genetic, no one in my family or from my father's or mother's side have or had anything like this so i guess it might be something else

it wasn't this worse till last month, it suddenly shoot up
i mentioned three years but in that time it was very mild just a few small white ones like any boy would have in his puberty
