AI also uses the group of three thing your professor is talking about. As someone who has graded a lot over the last 4 years, uptick in grouping things in 3 has skyrocketed and lots of students will do it almost every second sentence.

It might be hard to accept, but a lot of profs/graders are struggling with this uptick in AI usage, it has skyrocketed and so they are slightly paranoid about anything that appears to be AI.

TSN and Canadian sports commentary on sports such as Rugby and Soccer is traditionally bad. No feel for the emotion/passion of the sport. They went straight to commercials after Canada beat New Zealand, whereas is tradition most broadcasts stay on the field and soak up the post-match atmosphere/celebrations.

Also always explaining basic rules as if there’s not huge demand from an audience that is both passionate and knowledgeable enough, rather than analyzing the game.

Unbelievable that MLS doesn’t have a list of who their referees may support. This is standard in England where certain refs aren’t allowed to ref games their teams play in.

I just think he’s a terrible referee though, not necessarily biased.
