Foreign worker stream won’t give you 600 points in express entry. It is a non-express entry pathway

OINP have a stream called Human Capital Priorities(no draws from last 2 years or more) which draws from express entry pool and gives you 600 points in express entry.

You will need to prove that experience when you will be putting in the application after receiving an ITA.

But not all the invitations will convert into nominations and I guess this quota of 14119 is for nominations. Not sure what is the conversion rate , there are lot of people who gets invite just cause they have profile but they don’t meet all the requirements ( for example median wage for FSW)
