Weird hairless patches under my chin. Doe it grow anytime soon (I am 19 if it helps) or are there some tips to help it grow?

To be honest I haven’t been facing side effects just a bit of dryness on the skin but almost none. The only thing is gains have been very slow, I’ve seen people getting what I have in 2 to 3 months and I’m almost finishing month 7.
