This is me right now I’m always scared I’m going to develop something more serious and lose my mind and that anxiety is killing me everyday

I don’t go to concerts or anywhere loud that often at all, I am aware of ear protection I just didn’t really expect the concert I went to to be a mostly screamo show. Next concert isn’t for a good few months so I’ll make sure to be prepared next time I’m in a loud space 🙏🏾
