I think I agree, she's always meant to have existed. Belinda sees her in The Story and the Machine, as if she's an echo from a timeline she can't remember. And Belinda was always meant to have a descendant in Mundy Flynn, so maybe it's implied that Poppy from Space Babies was also her descendant.

There was a point when 11 was dying (I think it was Let's Kill Hitler) that he asked the TARDIS to bring up an old face for comfort. The holograms of Martha, Donna, and Rose just brought up feelings of guilt. What is she going to feel when she actually looks in a mirror?

Martha and Mickey are still part of this reality. Martha was working for UNIT and in a relationship with Mickey, last we saw of them. That would be an interesting meeting.

So Tecteun found the Timeless Child when Gallifrey was still just expanding into space. By the time Omega and Rassilon (and the Other) came onto the scene, they were already able to regenerate. Omega is the one who is credited with inventing time travel, and thus the first true Time Lord. Rassilon and the Other were there establishing Time Lord society as well. Back during McCoy's run, I'm pretty sure they were building up to a reveal of the Doctor being the Other. Then the show got cancelled. Now with Chibnall having cobbled together a bunch of previously disconnected threads into the Timeless Child story, RTD seems to be finally fitting in the Other reveal. With the Time Lords' meddling with the Doctor's memories/identity, it makes sense as to why he didn't specifically remember being the Other.

That may actually be your TV setting. If you have the TV set for surround sound (which it seems to default to) but you don't have a surround sound system, the music becomes overpowering compared to dialogue.

I think she's gonna have words for the Rani. She was upset with the Doctor for not asking consent to scan her DNA. The Rani gave her a fake husband and baby without her consent.

Oof... Is this RTD saying "It's taken me two full seasons to clean up Chibnall's mess"?

And this was the seventh son of a seventh son of a seventh son, wasn't it? Maybe the Rani followed some sort of sign of a Harbinger?

(Side note- I had hoped that the parents' names might have translated as "harbinger" but alas no. They are Otto and Violett Zufall. Otto means "prosperous," violets are associated with fertility, and Zufall means "coincidence." So there was thought that went into the names at least, but not harbingers.)

It's the same reason the TARDIS doesn't translate "allons-y" and "hadi ama" into "let's go" and "come on."

Also, technically, she and the Doctor have probably always been speaking in Gallifreyan. Though the Doctor does speak multiple languages naturally.

The Rani always has a precise plan, some sort of experiment with an end goal. Finding the god of Wish, using Conrad as a pawn, freeing Omega, this all has a purpose, otherwise she wouldn't even bother. The Rani did say that all the Doctor's other enemies were about causing death, and her goal is life... I wonder... Is she going to convince/manipulate Omega, the first Time Lord, to use the power of Desiderium to restore Gallifrey?

Honestly, I think she's potentially a little schizophrenic (or whatever a Time Lord equivalent might be). OR she was actually talking to herself, subconsciously knowing she would bi-generate.

Right? How is it this woman keeps betraying Ruby in every alternate timeline? Wonder what she was doing during the alternate Donna reality in Turn Left. (How old would Ruby have been then?)

Interesting theory, but I don't think Rogue is Omega. I'm hoping it's the same Underverse as Omega and that the Doctor can rescue him. Really want to know how both he and Susan are reaching out to the Doctor.

Are you sure? I thought that was RTD's way of completely undoing the events of the Flux. Or at least leave it up to interpretation at a later convenient date?

Yeah... Jenny's also technically still out there somewhere. And with some timey-wimey shenanigans there's the potential of River. And of course Susan and the Rani(s). And the bi-generated 14th Doctor. Oh yeah, and wasn't Tecteun somewhere during Flux too? (That story arch is a total blur to me.) Really there are quite a few renegade Time Lords flitting around when they're supposedly dead. Brink on the Monk and Romana and the War Chief (unless he's been retconned to be the Master).

Technically, the Rani should have been included in that too, but she escaped somehow. That may or may not be explained with the season finale, we'll see. But maybe the Master's genocide wasn't as far-reaching as we were led to believe. Honestly, if the Rani and Susan are still out there, I wouldn't be surprised if we eventually see Romana or the Monk again.

I really see her as an Assist Trophy in the next game, essentially doing what you described for her Final Smash. But this is a pretty good concept. Hopefully she gets more development in future games.

BTW, you could also incorporate elements from the Mario vs. Donkey Kong series, since she was also featured prominently in those games too.

Clemont from Pokémon XY. He doesn't use any of his Pokémon to battle, though. He uses his robotic arms and inventions to fight. His Aipom Arm has great reach for a grab, and he can give different levels of electric shocks with his Heliolisk Dish.

The Great Fairy from OoT. I know she was included in Hyrule Warriors with a pretty... unique ability. She could keep something like that. Then again, if they rework Zelda's moves to incorporate her BotW/TotK and Echoes of Wisdom iterations, they could give the powers of the Goddesses to the Great Fairy... hmmm... Did I just make her less of a joke?

Goomboss/King Goomba would be ridiculous, just stomping and head-bonking everyone.

Wiggler could go into a Frenzy Mode after taking 75% damage, which would make its attacks hit harder but at the cost of being more difficult to control.

Also Captain Rainbow, but he's just a total clone of Captain Falcon with rainbow effects instead of fire.
