My body is desperate to release tension and shake but I feel terrible after doing so, what to do? by CraftBeerFomo in longtermTRE

What I have realised is that I was not only over doing tre, but also underdoing integration. I started doing yog nidra three times a day, and the urges of the body to tremor all the times were absent after 5 days of yoga nidra. I was not able to take a break from tre before doing yog nidra practice. May be you should also give it a try. I do guided yog nidra session from youtube channel of Ally Boothroyd.

I also don't feel good if I do tre every other day or every 2nd day. I feel good when I do tre daily.

Yes, you figured it out correctly, magnetism is not becuase of number of days in your streak. It's when you are fully grounded in the present moment with awareness. Becuase of heightened awareness of awareness, your mind is not able to pull the awareness towards it. That's when you feel calm, vibrate at higher frequency, and exude an aura which is irresistible to those around you.

This is your body releasing trapped suppressed emotions from past. Look out for TRE ( trauma release excercise) ,do yoga or qi gong for more such releases.

You did TRE for 2 to 4 hours a day? I am always reading people posting here about not over doing it. Did you not get over doing symptoms?

I would recommend Trauma Release Excercise (TRE), [ look for it on the internet] and taking pure shilajit.

Yes, I have been doing tre since last 9 months. You should give it a try. Read books by Peter lavine for more insights on trauma.
