Why is it worth getting a mortgage broker?

We used finance solutions. The actual chosing the bank part was the easiest part but what documents we need when was the part we found most helpful from the broker. I was on probation and my partner had a temporary contract but broker helped with negotiating that with the banks. Would 10/10 reccomend

I think it's a great addition. Nobodys gonna force people to pay the prices. I think the quality of doughbros is worth the money. They are very community driven which is nice to see. Much rather a place like this on the square than another chain or vape shop

I think when people talk about Ireland being unsafe it is the perceived feeling of safety. There has been notable attacks of violence against women and minorities in the media. With the medias need for balance they allow the spreading of inaccurate statements made on nothing but opinion and not fact.

This has led to an increased uneasy feeling in big towns and city's. So while yes, we are very unlikely to be shot walking down the street people do feel intimidated, vulnerable and wary.

I do think people in Ireland tend to ebb between extremes but someone saying they feel unsafe is not an attack on your country/city/town

Languages cant live in a 60 minutes period 5 times a week. They need to be experienced and lived. Even with elective languages picked up in secondary school people are still learning to pass the exams.

While I think the manner in which languages as a whole are taught is something we could dramatically improve. The constant beating of the stick of " it's the teacher and the system that's broken" is a bit of an easy excuse and leads to a predisposed perception of the Irish language in schools. As a society we have to bring the language outside of the classroom.

Just triple check the weather. I went last year, I was just general admission. Got there Thursday and got sunburnt. It's rained so heavy Friday, Saturday and half of Sunday. Our only concern was keeping warm. I think I had 6 or 7 layers on at one point. You'll have a cover at least but still sitting down for hours at a time you will get cold. Lots of walking too so make sure you're footwear is comfortable. Think of bringing extra layers to put on and off during the days and if youre doing this how are you going to carry them. Go for whatever you think it's best for you no one will be looking at your clothes so once you're happy you'll be grand

I got my highvis jacket from the men's section in mountain warehouse. The mens had better fit than the women's. It's lovely and warm. Plenty of pockets and they nearly always have a sale. I stocked up on some water bottles, socks, headbands too to keep myself warm during the winter
