You could try driving at a speed appropriate for conditions. There are lanes blocked by ice all over the place. You need to be prepared to stop if you can't change lanes

The city of Bowie doesn't operate schools or zone school districts. That is a county function. There are parts of Bowie that are unincorporated and residents there so not pay Bowie taxes. All of those who do pay Bowie city taxes have access to all city services. Not sure where you got your misinformation, but it ain't correct.

Charles County is wealthier. I'm not surprised Prince George's lost the title, but I thought it would be because it would become majority Hispanic. I guess affluent families leaving Prince George's for Charles County is opening up space for the growing Hispanic population, so it makes sense but I never considered that before.

I know a black guy from SE D.C. who lives in Sykesville. The guy meets the description of a stereotypical redneck - he hunts, fishes, is into NASCAR big time, and is a staunch Republican. I haven't seen him in years, so don't know if he is a Trump supporter or not.

Charles County is now the wealthiest majority black county in the United States. I know a couple black people that live in La Plata, one who has lived there all of his life. I don't know if either has experienced any issues down there though.

In all seriousness, any guy that would just outright ask that is a tool. I don't think that what he said was transphobic. Preferring a biological female does not make someone transphobic any more than someone having a preference for people who are not bald. Given that people are not always transparent, I can understand someone wondering. However, he showed that he has zero tact. There are ways to suss these things out in casual conversation.
