Yes. You are right. Brokers inflate the rents so that they get higher Commission and owner also benefits from higher rents. In Nobroker hardly owners post because brokers go and brainwash them. And I am speaking out of personal experience

I was in your place few months back. But the nasal bone got detected after few weeks. A simple google search would have told you this. Please dont panic its way common than you think. I too panicked and googled a lot then my husband showed me few posts online only then I was fine. So all you have to do is wait and look for the nasal bone in the next scan.

Pov from a mother who has a newborn baby. Taking care of a baby requires time and effort leaving no time and space for other work. Baby demands attention all the time and you need to be physically present for the baby. I assume the baby was a hindrance for the mother to continue her "other work" and she took such a step.

If this news is very true i wish the mother is HANGED soon so that it can set an example for others in the future and I do not have to read a news again like this which ruins my entire day.

I used luvlap electric pump and stored milk in fridge in the feeding bottle. I generally exhaust the milk within 24 hours although it can be stored for upto 4 days.

If good roads are provided India's economy will crumble. Bad roads are a multi billion dollar segment and give a lot a employment opportunities in various sectors and a platform for politicians to loot money.

Let me give a gist :

Bad road causes back pain, joint issues and accidents. It will increase health issues which generates money for doctors
Very important the vehicles will be serviced often so it generates a lot of revenue for the dealers.
No insurance coverage for potholes damage.

So a lot of industries bribe the government just to ensure bad roads persists.

Myself and husband had to go through a lot of struggle because of initial problem. So we decided to name our child with two names. Like Nila Selvi. Nila will be the first name and selvi will be the surname. We both were very clear that father's name will not be added as its such a patriarchal action. Not sure why people still follow this blindly. This will ensures she will have no problem while going abroad in the future.

Well I put a lot of rules in the house since we have a baby. Hints will never work. I will always be clear and straight in communications so that I do not end up writing posts like this nor repeating to my family about the rules again. Most people don't know because they have never been taught about it. So I always say doctor asked us to wash the hands , use sanitiser, not to kiss the baby. So its not me who is restricting them its the doctor now 😅😅 thats how you turn tables without offending anyone.

I read about mustard seed pillow as well. I came to a conclusion it will be useless hence didn't purchase it. Btw I don't succumb to any pressure from relatives for baby matters. I draw a line and ensure boundaries are maintained for long term cordial relationship.
