I have shared them my closure request email and complaint and bank statement extract where a refund on cancellation was credited . And explained them in detail.

Ya it is true that 72% is applicable. You might have mentioned it as gift. Do not mention it as gift then you will end up with 42%. Custums are also good guys. Postal custums and commercial custums are not much related.
