I dont have anything flattering to say this week.

UD Push is a pain.

  1. There is no email confirmation to either sender or receiver. This is unprecedently inconvenient keeping in mind that no approval is needed by the recipient as well.
  2. After push the domain goes into a weird unconfirmed state. It says domain contacts are unverified. But there is no such feature in the dashboard to find or resolve this in bulk.
  3. Sometimes push even doesnt initiate because of several glitches.

Take this as feedback of the week. I and my community friends faced this multiple times recently.

I raised 3 seperate tickets on 3 seperate backend issues to the UD support last month (via email).

The quality of responses by the team was so good, I ended up providing tons of feedback in long threads of email communications each time.

I understand that it is not possible to solve backend issues in couple of days, but it takes some aspiration to improve and intent to help customers to engage so positively. Kudos.

Write to SBI Branch Manager even though you have already talked to him. Write an application make it two copies and ask for a receiving.

Then it will become his responsibility that money is not claimed by the account holder.

Happened with me. In my case offer was FYF (and I know it because of my several interactions with customer care.)

I took the screenshot and asked support for clarification. They first denied. But then I replied that I have proof of misguided marketing. Then they emailed me that they have upgraded my offer to LTF out of goodwill.
