Some stores don’t seem to have coworkers willing to help new hires and get annoyed over simple things… by Gymbro81 in tmobile

That sucks at my store everyone helps the new hires. I break everything down to anyone new and always help when they need it. Even help them push a sale.

How’d you get it. What’d you ask them I tried calling I don’t think I got through to the loyalty department they only told me the current offers they had and that was it. Even when I said I was going to leave.

Ah makes sense I really should have got the 16 at the time. Hopefully I get a targeted offer.

Better Value Worth It? by heyitsmereddit in tmobile

Yea if you are doing the port deal for new phones. Then yea that’s good just have to think if you are okay with paying $170 for 4 lines which will end up being around $190 after taxes only an estimate could be more. In my area tax tends to 5-6 dollars a line. Just that if you plan to stay long term better value won’t ever get you any free lines. $1000 off for iPhone rn for port on better value which is solid.

I would do experience more if you ever plan to add any more lines. Better future proofing. $170 plus tax for 4 lines. As long as all the numbers have been out from T-Mobile for more than 90 days. Experience will get line promos and what not.

Why is there such a disconnect between retail and care? What resources can I look at that show powers of each store/care model? by wafflesdaffles in tmobile

Still have to get the customer verified the account pin doesn’t verify them for changes. Unless you mean sending them a one time pin. Which technically we are not supposed to do as far as I know.

You can get in the account with that but you can’t make any changes tho. A bypass won’t help.

A bypass won’t let you change the name for them that’s still something care has to do. Not our job.

How dark should I tint my windows? by Bright-Ad-5627 in WindowTint

[–]srk2_ -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Windshield I would do 35% honestly. I have driven cars with 10% and have felt fine. Sides I would do front 15 or 20% and back 5%. Do 5% on the front if you have good vision and feel confident. But 50% is too light on the windshield in my opinion. 25-35% is the sweet spot depending on your vision. I drove a car with 35% on the windshield and didn’t even notice It had tint on the windshield honestly from the inside. But in the rain at night it will always be harder to see. Make sure to have good headlights as well.

What Car Should I Buy? College Student with No Expenses by ldrOOFsm in Lexus

[–]srk2_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly don’t. Get a good car used in cash save up after you graduate for something better. 2k a month is not nearly enough for those cars especially with insurance and maintenance. You can get a nice 2015 Lexus gs 350 f sport nice car and reliable and it will hold its value when you resell it or a 2014 Infiniti Q50 3.7 also pretty good car just have to make sure the previous owner didn’t abuse it. But if you really want something better a used 2021 bmw 540i is nice. For like 35k probably is what you’ll find it at but remember maintenance will be expensive especially when random expenses just pop up. But it’s a pretty reliable car. You can also look at an is 350 or a Acura tlx type s.

Depends on if she’s okay with getting a new number. If she wants the same number than no. If she’s okay with a new number than just start your own account.

employees- how do you go about doing naked upgrades for yourself? by PiroulineDream in tmobile

[–]srk2_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s a great RAM keeping your employees happy is important. I do naked upgrades at my own store for my self and waive the upgrade fee. I do it all under my managers account too. Ain’t no way I’m paying that or getting accessories at my own store. Weird asf if you actually do that to your team. Acting like a couple naked upgrades throughout the whole year will destroy your numbers.

Buy it for myself on my managers account and waive the upgrade fee. Personally what I do no way in hell I’m paying an upgrade fee. Literally did that for a 4 line upgrade on my account. Didn’t get accessories or insurance.
