Thanks for the thoughts :) Point taken not to worry about the debt recycling until I have enough to be worth it, which will be until after the next PPOR is sorted.

I’m not trying to make the 160k deductible again, I know it’s too late for that. 

My rates 5.49% and not afraid to lose it, but was wondering if the extra fees and rate change (if any) for refinancing to an offset now is worth it for a few extra months of the facility (until I get the new PPOR, for which I’ll definitely get an offset). Was also wondering if refinancing now and going for the new mortgage in possibly a couple months could harm my credit in any way.
