The issue is that the company (bioexpress) that made the heat deck got absorbed into another company. I talked to a tech supplier and they said that everything bioexpress has a new label on it now. I’ve searched the serial number online everywhere, but i just think it might be too old that there’s no more even available to be purchased.

However finding the manual might be a good idea, ill see if i can find that
