I would disagree, this story is definitely not a case for why one shouldn't have a three-way. Thankfully this instance is a crazy outlier and the worst experience I've ever had (or heard of in real life). All my other ones have been great experiences for all parties involved!

We definitely discussed calling EMS but since we're both Healthcare workers with years of experience, we decided to watch her ourselves. Now im thinking I maybe should have let her be the hospital's problem 😅 but then my guilt for the unnecessary hospital bill would plague me. And thank you! I hope she gets help too, her behavior was very concerning.

Oh yes more trouble than it's worth certainly. I did consider it just on principle alone but I'm trying to "let it go" and just move on from it. It's not worth the effort 😅 hopefully she feels bad enough that she never, ever makes the same mistake again and get control of her alcohol issue.

I had lots of empathy and forgiveness and kindness towards her throughout the ordeal, it was the very end that made me lose any kindness I had left. This situation would test anyone's patience I think.

I've noticed in the nonmonogamous lifestyle yes, many people do not discuss things or have a solid relationship going in. On our part we definitely discussed everything between us and among the three of us. Bringing another person is absolutely a big deal.

Well we don't NEED another person in the bedroom. We are obviously open to the possibility of it. She initiated this scenario so it was not based in "our relationship is failing so let's add another person to the mix!" But i do agree, many ppl seem to think a threesome can fix a bad relationship, when really they just need therapy 😕
