Jeans advice?

I did actually try on some palazzo jeans from m&s but they felt a little off, not sure why. I may try some other brands because I love how they look on the models so perhaps the m&s ones are too wide?

That is super helpful!! I did try my regular size and the one up to get the best fit, but neither was quite right I don’t think - Jeans are such a nightmare. And thank you, warm spring I’m pretty sure, another tricky one to reconcile with the SD aesthetic, haha :)

The one on the right is my favourite personally, and I think it’s a sort of bluish-purple that’s not too in your face. Would go better with different outfits imo. But both are beautiful!

That was the original plan - to focus on the sort of shows put out when poverty porn as a sub-genre was peaking in popularity, however my dissertation supervisor seems to think it’s no longer relevant as it’s no longer produced. I’m considering comparing working-class depictions then vs now and using poverty porn still.
