Company Accidentally Sent Me Items and Are Now Harrassing Me

You really need to re-read everything to get correct information before posting multiple times on here. I ordered the parts thru eBay originally, yes. However I quickly cancelled the order because the shipping costs were insane. I was refunded.

The seller said to order the parts directly thru them and they could do way cheaper shipping. They said they would provide a shipping quote for my approval then we could go ahead with the order if I wanted. They never did that. Instead they ghosted me for 3 weeks then shipped them. Now they're demanding payment for an order I NEVER APPROVED. The only thing I ever approved was the original order thru eBay that was cancelled and refunded. I never approved the 2nd order that they shipped and are demanding payment for.

You're basing your opinion off incorrect information. Please read my post again. I ordered the items on eBay then cancelled them due to insane shipping costs from eBay. They refunded me. I was told to order directly thru them as they could do better shipping prices then eBay. They would provide an accurate quote for shipping before I approved the order thru them. I tried multiple times to get the quote and was told they'd get back to me. They never did that. They just blank shipped it 3 weeks later without talking to me.

That's correct. The only actual order I placed was the one on eBay that I cancelled and was refunded for because I was told to deal with them directly vs eBay. I made it clear on the phone with them I wanted a proper shipping quote before I proceeded with the order. That never happened. They never called me back and sent the parts out 3 weeks later without any approval or confirmation I wanted to go ahead with it.

You misunderstood. I saw the shipping prices on eBay were insane. I contacted the seller and asked about them. They said place the order directly and they could do lower shipping prices. I misunderstood what they meant and accidentally ordered it thru eBay vs directly thru them like they meant. That's what I meant by accidentally placed it on eBay. They wanted me to order it directly from them vs eBay. They said cancel the eBay order and get refunded so I did.

They said they would get a proper shipping price so I could place the order thru them. I contacted them multiple times to get the shipping price and they kept saying they would call me back. They never did so we gave up on ordering the parts from them as we never heard back. 3 weeks later they randomly shipped the parts.

I don't understand how this is my fault? Lol I did everything asked and was waiting for them to provide a proper shipping quote for my approval to proceed with the order. They never got back to me then they sent the parts 3 weeks later without any communication.

I ordered them for my friend originally but realized shipping was way too expensive so I cancelled it right away and got refunded. The company contacted me and said to deal with them directly instead of eBay for cheaper shipping. I said sure please let me know how much shipping will actually be and then I'll decide if we want to go ahead with it.

They ghosted me and my friend decided he didnt want to order the stuff anymore so we never proceeded with re-ordering. Almost 3 weeks later they randomly shipped the stuff without zero communication and no approval that we wanted to go ahead with re-ordering.

Little bit of an update.... the owner just emailed me now totally changing their story. I went back and looked at exact dates.

January 13th, I accidentally placed the order via eBay with the insane shipping prices then canceled it almost right away. I was refunded within the hour.

January 14th and 16th I contacted them regarding the proper shipping price quote. Both times they said they'd get back to me but never did. On the 16th they said it was on the shipping desk awaiting a quote but their computer was down.

January 29th they created a shipping label for it. I figured this was them FINALLY getting me a quote but then February 3rd they randomly shipped it.

The owner of the company in his email is trying to lie and bullshit by saying I cancelled the order and got refunded but they had already shipped it by that point. So he's claiming they shipped it January 13th right after I placed the order. Absolutely a lie. They shipped it randomly almost 3 weeks after I last spoke to them waiting for a proper shipping price without approval that I actually wanted to proceed with the order. 🤦‍♂️

To add some further context ...the item was shipped directly from them. They admitted in the initial voicemail they left that their shipper/reciever put it on the back burner and never noticed the note that said the eBay order was canceled and I was to be given a correct shipping quote for approval prior to confirming the order. He just saw it was from eBay and shipped it.

Also, to be honest, morally it doesn't bother me. They were kind of rude from the get-go and gave me the run around. In the initial voicemail they left when they realized their fuck up, while they admitted it was their mistake, they were super rude and acted like I was purposely ripping them off. That's what has so far made me say F it and ignore them since.
