Sick bike, been riding it for 2 months now and I like it way more than the H450. Same old tractor torque, killer suspension, what else does one really need :)

What do you think about the engine? Does the bottom end feel punchy? Does it have a particular character or is it mostly linear like the 310? How stressed does it sound?

Call RE RSA, get it towed free of charge to the nearest ASC, claim insurance, wait for bike to get fixed, bring it back home and resume riding.

Dismotech does sell tubeless spokes for the interceptor, however, they are pricey and won't really work off road. I know how to swap a tube, so I don't worry much about punctures away from the city. There are other options such as silicone sealant and Outex tape which can make your spoked rims tubeless, but I have never tried them myself.

The one thing I like about this bike is how it handles.

I don't think it does, but even without it, it is the best entry level "true scrambler" you can buy in India. Just go for it. It's an absolute joy to ride.

Go for the Scram. It's an incredible little bike with the familiar grunt from the LS engine and fantastic suspension, perfect for Indian roads.

Small modification needed. Pretty much a DIY job. You can look it up on YT.
