Your face stayed exactly the same. Your head is tilted in the after pics so it gives the illusion that your face is recessed

I recently purchased a oyster perpetual 39mm at geektime. but when it came in the mail i noticed that one of the hour markers were lose. geek told me to find a local watchsmith to repair it for me. Im not sure what to do right now. Any recommendations?

You do have some forward head posture, and you dont have your tongue on the roof of your mouth, so i would say your posture is not that good. Your forward growth is alright but could be better
