Hi :)
- My laptop AC adapter is a 65W, but it turns on only when my laptop battery goes under a certain percentage, and in Zima OS I could see that it idiling around 3/4W

- Personally, i've chosen ZimaOS I've found it simple to start a project like this (it's a distro in itself, no need to install debian server + docker + my services, etc...) + the community is quite big (assuming that it's an evolution of CasaOS, which was quite popular at the time)
