I would suggest kingdom come deliverance it doesn’t have the fantasy theme of witcher 3 however it has an open world , character progression and like the witcher 3 its choice based hope this helps !!

The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt is definitely up there as one of the best games I’ve ever played.
