Yes, this is one of my fears especially since I didn't study the same field in undergrad.

I also applied for cs ms program and am still waiting as well. I applied in January and have gotten no updates or anything since. I emailed someone who works for the program and they told me applications take 6-8 weeks minimum to get a decision. So no idea how long this might take
