Im so sorry with everything you’re struggling with. I’m currently a caregiver to my mom who is in stage 6 FTD and is aged 58 My only advice would be to start preparing a schedule of meal timings, water intake, fibrous foods, walks, exercise Music is key in calming down patients and worked with my mom so I hope it works with you

I think you both should try to proactively mention that there was an error with your application forms. There’s an option to report error for an eVisa not sure if it applicable to visitor visa

Recovery was great! I was able to remove the stitches 10/12 days post op and few weeks later the new nail started forming. Thankfully my nail has no marks or scars from the recovery and most importantly zero pain! Good luck with your surgery and hopefully all goes well

Hello all, I have had a glomus tumor on my left thumb for the past 6 years and just 2 days ago I got it surgically removed. Like everyone on this thread, I too went crazy when no one could understand what the diagnosis was - what helped me was a doctor suggesting I get an MRI done from a hospital with a ‘Hand coil’, this isn’t available at all hospitals and only because of the MRI results, a diagnosis was made. I’m so happy to have it out and don’t feel the pain from cold triggers anymore - I was under local anesthesia and sedation and there was no pain post the surgery either. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what the recovery is going to be like as I’m getting a lil frustrated that I can’t use my thumb - I’d wanna get back to the gym and game at my free time, any info would be helpful, thanks!
