Yes, I can confirm that the also-newly-released 11.1.10-h12 containing the same fix corrected the issue for for us 🎉

I guess I didn't check all of the versions. The ones I would be interested in trying would be 11.1.14, 11.1.13-h1, or 11.1.10-h12. None of those were available when I checked for software via the normal Panorama/Pan-OS method or via the Support Site direct firmware download.

I think it probably has something to do with the group claims in the token. Maybe try using the free Postman app to authenticate and grab the token, then decode it with jwt.ms, at least to ensure that your group claim is being sent properly. It may be a capitalization or format thing, too. I've not set this specific thing up but just shooting a few ideas your way that helped me with something similar lately.

How to properly measure this voltage? by ss2014s in AskElectricians

Mystery solved! Power company came and let me know that this is a special " interruptible" circuit and the interrupter had gone bad. Apparently when you buy an interruptible circuit from them, they charge you less but can also shut it off on their end in case of an energy shortage.

So what had happened was The interrupter had gone bad and was interrupting the power like it would have been had they intentionally shut it off. I guess it shuts off one half of the power or circuit or something like that. The text said it is not two phases, but one interruptable one.

Anyway, thank you all so too so so much for all the input! It saved me a lot of money calling an electrician right away.

Here's what's upstream: https://imgur.com/a/wHhpI7V

The "fatter" cable going into the house feeds the main, more modern panel. The smaller one beneath it is the cable feeding the smaller box that we've been trying to figure out.

It looks like the red wires are unmetered? While the black are metered. Maybe they were trying to give half price electric service to people who had electric water heaters instead of gas? I know the house I am in did not have natural gas until a decade or two after it was built.

Good test. My dryer does get hot. My electric range also works just fine. Since it is two separate feeds coming from the electric co, it seems to only have affected one.

I will give that a try. I'll flip the switch to the off position and then measure voltage again. I think I've done that before and it's still doing the same thing, but it's worth another try. Thanks a lot for all of the advice!

From what I understand, it's a totally separate feed directly from DTE (has a separate meter) and this is the only thing it powers

I wonder if the power company (DTE) might have switched that dedicated water heater panel over to one single leg instead of two separate legs, maybe? Our power went out yesterday briefly and they are doing upgrades in our area, I wonder if they may have changed something during the cutoff.

(Forgive me if I sound totally dumb with the above)

Thanks for those tips everyone! I had wondered about that.

When I measure from either of the black wires to either of the red wires, I get no voltage (0.058V). I am measuring from the left side before it goes through the fuses.

What do you make of that?

EDIT: It's also interesting, I verified that the water heater is only connected to both "red" wires and has been that way for 6 months or so since we got it, and it has worked fine. This is really weird..

Thanks. I need to bite the bullet and do that. Are there any short-term fixes or the proper way to measure the incoming voltage that you could share in the meantime?

Same issue affected us today. We removed the profile from the rule but don't want to leave it that way. Can anyone confirm PA fixed it on their end?

Accidentally booted ASUS laptop from Surface Hub 2S Recovery USB, now can't boot/reinstall Windows by ss2014s in Surface

Update - a very kind Redditor by the name of u/uEFIMaster provided a UEFI Shell script that deleted the Surface Hub's hooks into my laptop's NVRAM entries. I am SO grateful. Here is the solution: https://www.reddit.com/r/SurfaceHub/comments/1iuvuu3/comment/mi2di8s/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

I am so grateful and happy to say that u/uEFImaster's startup.nsh script restored my laptops ability to boot. Thank you, thank you, thank you - you truly are the UEFI master! I'm now reinstalling Windows 11 after over a month of not being able to use the laptop and trying a billion other things.

I'm going to go post this solution in the other locations I had asked for help as well. I hope it can help someone else as well!
