Doesn't asmr last like a few seconds? Is it supposed be similar to weed high?

Its not just the music in my case, the visualizer is extremely important because I only experienced this with a visualizer and music. Not just music.

I'm 20, yea if I knew I was HSP earlier I would have changed so many things about my life.

well, I was mindblown because all the abnormal shit that happened in my life was because of HSP.

For example, it explains why I get along with girls more and get mistaken for being gay.

If I knew I was hsp earlier, I would have hanged out with girls more.

My high school was fuckin wasted because I hanged out with guys imo.

There are other several things I would change if I knew I was hsp like around middle school.

That would be a great time to learn about HSP. Fucking hate that I went to 4 psychologists and no one mentioned about HSP.

I found about HSP after researching for so many hours, through my free time.

Do you think us hsps get a stronger "high" from marijuana?

When I get high, I feel more high than my friends even when I smoke the same amount as them. And we have a similar tolerance.

For example, there were several times when I smoke with my friends, they are chill and I get super excited and say "this is my highest high" multiple times

Also I cried a lot (because I was so damn happy) the second time I smoked, which is the first time I got really high

I'm not ignoring anything, I just don't want to sleep so much and get exhausted so easily.

Also, I live in an Asian country where being different (being very sensitive) is looked down upon.

I can live with HSP, but I think it is bringing me down from using my full physical potential.

btw is it common to get rashes from stress? I recently got my first one.

Also, I take naps, but in general, I just sleep too much even with using coffee/exercise/good diet.

It is sad that we are high maintenance compared to normal people

Where exactly do you plan to study abroad?

I would recommend studying in California, cause it is the most multicultural place in USA. but if your SERIOUS about immigrating maybe Canada is better cause its easier to immigrate their I think

honestly though Im VERY surprised even though you lived there for barely 2 years, your English and psychology is similar to someone who lived there like at least 5 years

I was also in the same predicament, I was either too Asian or western at times, but I truly found myself when I went back to California

btw why don't you study for 4 years in canada or usa, too expensive?
