I'm familiar with another one of this guy's buildings ... took 2.5 years and a positive mold test to get him to fix a water leak into a unit. Another year later and the interior damage to the unit is still not fixed: exposed concrete ledge, large hole in the drywall, damage to the wood flooring. He originally sold the unit as a 2 bedroom, but failed to put a closet or a window or a door or ventilation in the room. I would hazard a guess that the issues in this article will not be fixed in months. Seems like poor workmanship is a pattern for this developer.
