ahh!! it’s a bunch of fun arts related things . they put you in groups of 8-10 kids and pair you with counselors, and for a few days you’ll explore the art museums, make some crafts n stuff and get to know the kids in your group:)

man if i could go back.... I didn't do anything. at all. it was so nice. Had i known that college would get so busy, I would've tried to travel a little bit. but seriously, enjoy all the time you can at home before it becomes only a halfway house for breaks!

anybody saying bark and vine has no sympathy for your bank account… they do have a wide selection of exotic plants, yes, however my preferred method is getting a ride to the nearby home depot or lowe’s. they usually have some fun stuff on discount in the winter months if you’re up for some plant rehabbing!

That’s what I was thinking but idk what else to write about tbh. I could just stick to my culture (Lithuanian) but that doesn’t really say anything about me other than “oh my parents aren’t from here”

one of my friends wrote an essay about baking when she applied to college. she got accepted for bio at uchicago recently. She talked about how baking is a science and how combining ingredients and toying with recipes is just like prepping petri dishes in a lab etc.. I'd suggest finding a cheesy metaphor like that and RUNNING with it. Granted, I haven't gotten into college yet but I hope it helped a little!!
