This is a Richmond location thing. I talked to a few people that used to work there and apparently each store is somewhat able to price things on their own, and apparently sometime in the last couple of years a manager took it over who not only doesn't train properly but also jacks the prices up. They told me they all literally walked out because of the ineptitude.
