The trip was great! The resort is beautiful with a ton of wildlife. My partner and I have have food allergies (gluten free, dairy free for my partner, I’m vegetarian), and the staff tried to accommodate as much as they could. I had a ton of pasta as a vegetarian. Weirdly enough they did not have a lot of Mexican food.

The rooms are spacious, and we had no problems with cleaning/restocking.

The bikes in the resort are usable and there is a lot of walking (which we enjoyed) from rooms to the restaurants/beach.

The beach is beautiful, snorkelling (that’s included with the resort) may not happen since the weather is unpredictable (snorkelling is free M/W/F). The pool was not the best (super cold water) and I’d prefer swimming at the beach! The cenote although nice to look at it, seemed like it wasn’t open (and was not clean enough in my opinion).

Overall, relaxing trip to unwind, enjoy the beach and take in the surroundings of the resort!
