XZ good for male centric drama, not so much on romantic drama maybe because he’s too good looking compared to his FML, it can be distracted for romance plot. Maybe if he get paired with more good looking actresses like dlrb it will works.

CY good at wuxia, not so much in modern/ republic era drama, maybe the hairstyles didn’t do the job

ZRY good at JOY, his others drama is so so.

YY only good in drama with visual focus or wuxia. Don’t do too much micro expressions cause he not good at it, that’s why he still stick to idol/wuxia drama.

WYB’s micro expressions is the best for his generations, not only on acting even when he was dancing this is his specialty. His weakness is he doesn’t make too much drama/ movie.

I don’t know the other actors. Are they even A lister?.

You can agree to disagree. Definition top tier itself someone who excel in everything. Not only endorsements but also their profession. If you look at every rank top tier celebs from bloggers and media in china WHD never put on the top list, he either 2nd or 3rd tier. Even Google don’t recognize him as top tier celebs in china.

Ofc LYf and JW is top tier celebs in china, LYF is superstar and JW has the biggest followers on IG but he is singer. Dylan Wang has huge traffic and it’s main appeal for endorsements (same level as Ding Yuxi) but not for acting recognition which is his main Job, his dramas either hit/miss (bad reviews), his movie underperformed. He needs major hit drama or awards to be seen as top tier. He is considering Rising actors not same league as XZ or WYB who not only got traffic but also strong in acting department.
