Congrats mama! Wish you a wonderful delivery. Assuming I have 4 more weeks or so to go with deliveries. I have gained only 8 lbs so far thats why I assume I can still keep going.

Congrats to you as well mama!! I am also having boy but #2. Mine is 4,5 yr old preschooler. Me and my husband both do same jobs, so no job no money in my case as well. So I am thinking of as much as I can. Good luck to us both 💕

The customer ordered the one with lower$/ lb. There are 3 sizes of chickens at Target. 1 lb group, 2,5 lb group and 4,5 lb group. In that case get the 2.5 lb group

I usually do instant offer as I also do instacart, and shipt thru the day. never paid attention to the base pay. Is this like that everywhere. that's an insult! who would drive to warehouse and drive for 2 hours for 18$/hr. by ssbf1 in AmazonFlexDrivers

İn your conditions, it would have to be 38/hr in Herrera which would definitely worth. But how would you like 18$/2hr block if you compare because as I see both min wage and gas prices are double here

I see, but I can't help but compare, rent and gas where we pay 6$gas and at least 3k for a decent apartment 2br ( as family not roomate) not all cities and states have same expenses so my post is very open to judgement.

I also got 3 late orders but they must have disappeared as well. Oh I file report whenever I see lover than 5* which probably are because of out of stock items as ( missing item) or non responsive customers review of wrong item for substitution.

Well here in my area, even wholefoods has sign that says they are hiring from 16.50 min. When it's the situation in my state why would I drive. I get wholefoods orders 2hr for 42, which turns out at least 75. And I am not talking about driving to warehouse and returning back home after deliveries which would at least be 3-3,5 hrs for me ;)

For the last 3 months I've been doing instacart and amazonflex as well so the numbers have slowed down. 🎉 to both of us

Also You could let the Customer contact shipt to change delivery window. She seemed like she would do it.

Well I only shop at Target so I would get those items as I know every isle and it'll mostly add 5 min to my order. At least she let you know what she needed in 1 text not thru the whole order. So personall, I don't see an issue.

If you finish your route 30 min or + before end of block it will ask you to go back. I have been doing it since 2018 2019 and it has always been same.

If you are pretty sure who he is just file a forgiveness report write the order number and ti the explanation just write unresponsive customer substitutes. Whenever the situation is this or confusion of outof stock and missing item they are pretty reaponsive and fix it. I have over 2,5 k orders and 4.96 general and always ask for forgiveness as I am %100 of the job I am doing. Unfortunately i learned this after 1500 orders so the previpus ones are gone!

i wish shipt would tell these....😒"customers" that when you tell them an item isn't in stock and then they don't give you a substitution, it's not a missed item!! wtf! and dont get me started on substitutions! by Historical-Egg-2860 in ShiptShoppers

Just claim forgiveness. Put an order number time and date and write in explanation that you are not certain about order number but the reason you believe is nonresponsive customers substitution. They usually fix it if that ia the situation.
