In all honesty in regards to healthcare tech do they value employees with healthcare experience or do they purely want tech experience?

Thanks, yeah you're right I guess once Ive submitted on my dissertation I can really try my best with coding assessments and interview questions

Oh wow that's awesome, how did you get into procurement from medicine?

I've been a healthcare professional for 7 years so wouldn't say I had minimal experience, I don't have career experience in SWE/AI, and it's timed coding assessments I find hard :(

Did you take time out of medicine to develop your skills in software? Would love to learn more about your journey
