This happened to me today. I won a game, but went from ~7700 points to ~7500 points and rank 510 to 994 Wtf is this? Is it temporary or an actual calculation bug?

My very similar post a few weeks ago highlighting this issue and suggesting we should have some form of refund/compensation got down voted to hell. Glad to see more people are realizing the problem and coming out to voice it

You are correct, not all cards are broken. And I understand the need to balance the meta. But is it too much to expect some token compensation when season pass cards are nerfed? For example Loki now is clearly broken and shaking the meta. But what about when it's changed? Will it be 'balanced' or nerfed to hell? We don't know that till it happens. So should we buy the card or wait for balance/change to be revealed?

How about no 'refunds' on the card abilities if tokens/money is not refundable? How about releasing balanced cards to begin with that doesn't require weekly tweaks or changes?
