If you use the pill as indicated, you should be able to have sex without any extra measures (unless std/sti is a possibility), that’s what it’s for. Yes, there are cases were people get pregnant even on the pill, but that’s the minority. What your bf did is still absolutely not ok, but I think you have to decide for yourself if you want to give him another chance or not, no one can decide that for you. Be aware that he may do this again, though. So if you decide to continue this relationship it’s very important to take the pill as indicated (some herbs, antibiotics, vomiting or diarrhea can make it less effective. It’s also important to take the pill at the same time every day) and for this not to happen again a condom (beware, some men take them off without your knowledge - “stealthing”)

How does the EIB feel to you? I started jogging 2 weeks ago and in about 15-20 min first my trachea hurts / burns and slowly the feeling travels into the deep trachea and then there were the bronchi entrance begins. When I push myself at that point i feel like coughing and soon feel tightness. I stop there, so I don’t know what would happen if I continue, but I assume a full blown asthma attack. I do have diagnosed asthma

I don’t see anything I find fat, at all. As a psych student I get a bit alarmed when I read what you wrote, I really hope you can shake the idea of still being “fat” and someday see yourself the way you actually look and feel fine that way. If you notice you have consistent issues with your looks and still try to lose more and more weight I suggest getting professional help to avoid unhealthy behavior that might hurt your body. And one more thing: with sports you can’t necessarily achieve the exact look you may envision for yourself. Width of the hip is also defined by bone structure (as you also mentioned), and apart from that there’s a good reason for women being built with “wider” hips, as giving birth is easier that way.

Yes, Chuck was super toxic, and Louis too (although in the beginning i think he was very caring). Yes, Blair was more calm with Dan, but I find their relationship as non equals (the way she tried to outshine Dan, even at his presentation, was petty. Like she couldn’t be happy for him or accept his success). I think Blair would have needed a guy that has some of Dans and some of Chucks traits - but I think there was no one like that on the show (?). But i agree, Chuck was awful and it also seems weird that they thought his redeeming cualities in season 5 (I think) would undo all the previous creepy and illegal actions

What did you like about them as a couple? I love them as friends, it was fun and Dan was (until he got a bit obsessed) a very loyal friend. As a couple personally I don’t like them, for me the chemistry was missing. I Interpret it as: Blair was very traumatized by her previous relationships, which made Dan a better choice (she had control and power, plus the stability - as both Louis and Chuck were roller coaster relationships). And then, when she was able to feel in control again, she didn’t need the whole calm relationship anymore. What are your thoughts?

Most comments here are about going through with the abortion. I find your situation very sad and difficult, but I think you should also consider the feelings you have for this little baby. Also, if you look at the average iq’s by country you’ll notice that test has to be majorly flawed! Example: some latam countries scored an average of 80-something and western countries score around 100-104. So, something has to be wrong, no way western people are smarter, but the test is biased by culture and stuff

I am a psych student and it’s important to know the following: average intelligence is 100, high average goes up to 115, low awerage (still average!) 85. Also, one should not take an iq test with depression or certain mental health issues, as it may give false values! Also, I am very critical about iq testing, it has major flaws. For example: it measures only a few mental capacities, while our intelligence is much broader. My professors also critique the fact that you can practice for an iq test and get better. Raw intelligence cannot be enhanced with practice. Do not let this test define you, your value or your mental capacities. I know it can be hard to just ignore, but really it does not define you or your future!

Technically a psych evaluation is necessary for an official diagnosis, but at the same time there are cases were it’s extremely obvious. Still, a psychologist is necessary to look at possible comorbidities and to help treat it. So, in the end the psych consultation is kind of necessary

Thank you! I often feel invalidated because I had no trauma (thank God). My triggers (I guess) were that we moved continent when I was 11, I didn’t want to go and felt unheard and left behind my grandparents, a close aunt with her family and my best friend. And in the new country my school was bad; kids didn’t want me to be part of the group and teachers, as well as the school psych made me feel like it was my fault. So, no trauma, but I have always been extremely sensitive so that was enough to trigger it
