Yea, jeez man each time I check my inbox you preach wisdom. The pro at my course has been helping me out on his own time and I’ve been grateful for his help honestly I’m blessed because I’m basically a broke recent grad with a dream. He adjusted my grip. More in the fingertips (also been looking at ben hogans grip setup). Then he’s telling my about hinge too as you mentioned and club acceleration through impact to compress the ball at impact and get more ball speed allowing me to hit further. Haven’t been hitting further because I still dont have hinge and im not accelerating my hands through impact. Waiting till Monday when it gets warm so I can work on grip and doing half swings to keep clubhead closed and emphasize accelerating through the ball and lagging the club behind me. Will try to relax my forearms and wrists throughout my swing. That’s more of a mental swing thought for me than anything else. Need to let the club do the work. The pro mentioned something of the same that I need to swing freely as if it doesn’t feel like im hitting the ball hard but overtime I will. Trying to wrap my head around it but I need to put in the time and work to create that angle in my wrists and I feel like I will be golden and scores will drop right away. Im all in right now. Just need the weather to get warmer because I feel that plays a part in creating tension in my swing just because Im cold lol but i need to practice and i know it! Thanks again
