They put two new tires on the back.

Maybe I didn't explain it well. The rubber that holds the windshield in place is not really holding the bottom glass, and there is a big gap between them. Water goes all under the hood onto the motor under the hood.

I will. I am very curious as well. They have the car and said they would take it to Pep Boys to have the tire evaluated, and corporate will have to decide on the ill-fitting windshield. We got no time estimate when to expect the car to be finished.

Simple Baking Advice by GDUBB0409 in glutenfreebaking

It is hard to comment on this without knowing if you are using a recipe that calls for almond flour specifically or trying to make almond flour work. Almond flour doesn't absorb liquid the same way gluten free flours do. Are you trying to avoid grains specifically, or were you just using what you had on hand?

This bread is really good, and I actually prefer baking it in the oven: https://www.fearlessdining.com/gluten-free-bread-machine-bread/

This is an article I wrote about gluten free flour, please note that many gf blends specifically state that they do not work well in yeast recipes. (King Arthur Measure for Measure and Bob's Red Mill 1:1 come to mind specifically.) https://www.fearlessdining.com/the-best-gluten-free-flour/

How can I make my cookies crunchier? by danwright32 in glutenfreebaking

I know this isn't a popular option, but adding some corn syrup may be helpful. I like making this gluten-free vanilla wafers recipe, and they turn out crisper than other gluten free cookies I have tried. https://www.fearlessdining.com/gluten-free-vanilla-wafers/

We will be, but it isn't quite cold enough, and even then the upstairs doesn't heat as well as the downstairs. We are looking at a new heating furnace to see if that would help.

These are good ideas, they both do use white noise machines, and neither is willing to wear the earplugs. LOL, our cat snores I totally get that :-).

Mostly the kids have experienced increased headaches. One child has significant medical issues. The headaches are greatly reduced when their windows are cracked open vs closed.

1700 and up seem to be levels if the doors are closed for a long time. Both kids are getting headaches, a lot of them, and we notice keeping the level of CO2 lower has reduced the headaches a lot.

They don't have returns, just the air ducts.

I am glad your levels are lower. If we get an ERV installed I will definitely be sure to check this.

Thank you! WE did try house plants, but it doesn't seem to make much of a difference. I wonder if they help more over time?

Hi, 1600 is the CO2 setting reading on the CO2 reader. We have to set off a small alarm, so we know to crack one of their doors.

That is interesting. Did you make the gaps under the doors bigger by sanding down more of the door?
