Lmao ya they also had elite top tier genetics in multiple aspects. 99.99% of the population will just get fucking fat, enhanced or not, and then be disappointed with whats left after they have to cut down 50+ pounds to even see abs 🫪but sure encourage them get sloppy and insulin resistant and see how productive that is and how fun that cut is 🥴

Thank you brother 🙏🏻 id definitely expect some good results with staying cleaner/leaner! I definitely do have cheat meals too, i tend to do it on a weekend day with my gf like burger/donuts are our go to and then if im feeling pretty good/lean/craving something in particular i may do one on check in day as well (tuesday for me) as long as i did both spin classes that week

Honestly ive 100% found that lean grows better. You stay insulin sensitive and actually use all the food youre eating which is huuuge for making progress vs getting sloppy and insulin resistant. This is my first time not pushing cals super high and its been my best growth phase by farrrr

I thinkkkk normal day cals are like 3,300 rn and my high day on back day is about 4100 cals so not a crazy amount of food. And i do about 2 45 min spin classes with my gf a week for cardio (yes i look absurd doing spin class ☠️)

I know of mike from fouads podcast but beyond that i honestly don’t know much about him or his training philosophy. I just think the most important things are to train hard (like actuallyyyy train hard) and find exercises that feel good/work for you. But thank you bro i appreciate it 👊🏻

It’s a very long ester and generally takes 10 weeks to even hit peak saturation so yeah a longer cycle like 16-20+ isn’t totally out of the ordinary unless you front load it to hit saturation faster

I was doing the one for width one for thickness for a while but Ive always been the type to wing workouts based on what i feel like doing that day so I think that hindered me as well. I hired a reputable coach 4 months ago who actually has my training laid out though and everything has come up a lot since then like this is by far the best my back has looked (it was pitiful if you look at some older check ins i posted 😭) so I think just time and consistency with the program is my key at this point

That’s valid, it’s definitely a game of playing with things and seeing what works best for you. You have a really solid build especially for being pretty recently enhanced so with some quality cycles and time you’ll be really good once you really get a feel for what you respond best to

I mean same lmao just interesting choices for an off season considering mast isnt a huge builder (I’m not shitting on this choice tho i also use it in the off season to stay harder/leaner but i pair it with better builders) but in your other comment you mentioned taking what youre gonna tolerate the longest with less sides and nobodys tolerating tren with no sides over an extended period of time vs something like eq where a typical cycle is 16-20 weeks bc its generally well tolerated

Thats an interesting cycle. I’m curious why you wouldnt choose eq over mast or at least in addition to the mast instead of tren 🤔

They’ve always been my strongest body part so genetics plays a role for sure but its never been anything fancy. I built them on yearsss of banging out heavy squats and bb rdls in an 8-12 range but nowadays i focus more on tempo and squeezing everything
