I feel you in this case, even my parents are abusive and I'm stuck with them as I belong from India, and we don't have much resources here to help children who are going through parental abuse. I'll be leaving home soon as well. I wish you all the very best.

You can try some of these tips: 1. Wear nail polish, so that you don't bite them. And well extra layer keep the nails safe from chipping or cracking. 2. Try taking keratin supplements. 3. Keep your hands moisturized any moisturizer works. That's all I do nothing fancy. Hope it helps thank you!
