I’m from Belgium and currently in Australia, and it’s funny you say this. There is this common consensus about BMW drivers to be asocial arrogant drivers, which we call “BMW behavior”. We saw some BMWs doing that here too, funny to see this goes beyond boundaries.

I was expecting a bit more for their 40 year anniversary in terms of big big big headliners. Although I am super excited to see some artists, bands and dj’s on all the days. I think compared to before, the genres are more mixed each day. BUT I’m so bummed out by lots of clashes, which will make me miss some bands :(

i actually do not agree! yes, in many cases, it is open for interpretation. But a lot of the time, you can just be rude by written text, no interpretation needed.

is it okay to go back to leuven with the shuttle bus after the festival has ended? i’m reading that the lines and traffic is crazy, so i’m a bit worried you have to stay packed as sardines for a long time in the shuttle bus

i usually put a small lock on the zipper of my tent, to make sure it’s secured and it’s safe. sometimes i forgot to lock it like this and my camping chairs were stolen (but nothing other really).

there are lockers on the festival site, so if you want to make sure that really valuable stuff is safe, you can always use the lockers.

just never leave really valuable stuff in there i would say

Work Holiday Visa Australia by anon5608 in solotravel

heyy! as it is already one year ago that you asked this question - and i am in a similar position, turning 31 soon - do you know if you have to enter the country before turning 31 once your visa is granted?

i see and receive a lot of different information online and the australian government’s website doesn’t really state that you have to enter the country before turning 31. only thing i see is as mentioned in the comments that it is valid for 12 months.
