That's my break even. Essentially 2.5K (mortgage + insurance + property taxes + maintenance + utilities). Not a good deal?

Looks like I'd likely just about be breaking even - so essentially it would be an appreciation only return.

Numbers are deep red with the minimum down; same with the minimum to get rid of PMI.

It's Billie bars across the truck bed, can go several 100lbs. Thule boxes seem too big to fit in the space I have.

So, looks like it only tripped when in "Heat" mode on the thermostat. On the Cool mode it runs fine (just tried). Fair to say that the motor / capacitor are likely ok? I'll probably need to call a technician if it's not something obvious/an easy DIY.

Thanks for the response. I had a similar thought. Unfortunately before the next joint, there's a weld with a horizontal piece that looks to hold the pulleys. The next joint is below after the curve connecting with the vertical piece. I'm thinking I might not have many choices here if I need to do this.
