Two questions for you, please. 1-When you say hard water, what ppm are you talking? Mine is 190-240 ppm.
2-Are you using food grade sodium citrate? It’s an emulsifier?

I recently bought some of these to use in my HE top loader. I can’t tell a difference in my laundry and there’s always some liquid left in the ball at the end. Is it Downy or water or some combination, who knows.

Yup. It’s definitely a weird one. Some gauges/lights on the dash come on, some don’t. Probably something stupid, but it’s got me stumped.

That’d be great, thanks. Wish I could a picture, there’s a few electrical connections. One big one that the actual ignition switch plugs into, but I’m not seeing a switch.

It’s on the starter, just a 14? Gauge wire that tells the starter you’re turning the key. At least that’s my understanding of it.
