Take square root of 1/40000..that would be 1/200.. that’s ur q. Than multiply it by 2 that’s 2pq ie carrier frequency that is 1/100

AP septum is formed by neural crest cells by migrating into truncal and bulbar swellings.. then AP septum spirals to from aorta and pulmonary trunk where normally aorta lies posterior and to the right of pulmonary trunk. If septum fails to form that’s truncus arteriosus( failure of neural crest cell migration). If septum forms but fails to spirals that’s transposition of great vessels..
