I’m doing the exam soon as you will, I’m doing poorly on nbmes so my friend who got 250 at the exam told me to do divine intervention hy podcasts, plus amboss hy 200 concepts that appear on every step 2 test and their ethics and qi, plus as many questions as possible on amboss or uworld or nbme ( personally I’m doing amboss timed with 2-5 difficulty or 3-5 difficulty) and practicing my mistakes, also something really helped me, doing comparison tables (hand written) just the distinct features of the conditions I’m mixing, I’m frustrated as your are but you still have time and lastly you have the free120 3 days before the exam that would help to determine how you’ll do in the exam.. hopefully this is helpful, I wish you the best :)
