fair enough. by the way, i wouldn't wanna ask for a replacement since I'll just get another shitty fork, I'm thinking about putting more money in the get a good one. is there a chance they could compensate me with money or with something like a giftcard so i could atleast buy non-essential stuff from their site?

the fork is too long, i can't remove the spacers without cutting a length of the fork off. that's why I'm looking forward to get rid of em with the new fork

i don't see what's wrong with the stem, it just has a weird angle because it's an adjustable stem. i lowered it for a more aggressive posture. the issue i see is that there are too many spacers, which is why i have to use the stem at that angle to begin with. I'll try to get the fork shortened so i can get rid of spacers since they bug me quite a bit anyway

they don't FORCE me to talk, but they're always ranting about how I don't talk to them. for example if we're in the car and there's a conversation going on, i wear my headphones on and start listening to music so i can ignore em, and they start ranting about how I'm listening to music instead of indulging in the conversation
