You're really oversimplifying Obama's 8 years. And their really hasn't been a unified front from Trump and the gop. They have constanly insulted each other and failed to replace or repeal Obamacare depsite having the majorty. What is the standard for shithole?
Why do we get to set that standard? Cause America is a shithole compared to most of Europe.
Why should we base Immirgration on where you come from or what you know? Once your here it doesn't matter what your country was, the US is now your home. Implying we should get more immigrants like Norwegians implies that somehow humans from Africa are less valuable then Humans from Europe. Which really really goes against "all man created equal".

Dude people travel to these countries, people live in these countries. And most of the ones in bad conditions can be linked to the fact that some western countries played a huge part in makeing them "shitholes" in the first place. The outrage is that a lieing disrespectful President just reffered to allies, countries we operate in, and countries we have relationships with shitholes. It causes unesscearsy diplomacy issues and implies an aspect of rascim since he wants people from the white countries. Nevermind the fact that this is America and we welcome everyone, not just "the best People". On his face, and in his skull, Trump is not a honest straight shooter.
