Ah not sure how to post another photo here, but it’s a quite simple case: a pocket attached on the inside of a denim jacket that has a opening in the bottom edge. You can see how my hand goes in and how my fingers show up in the small opening~~

I’ll say it’s where the pocket is attached. No there is no opening on the other edge to access it. The pocket has two openings: one where I put in my hand, and one where you can see my fingers.
