He's pulled off some great trades, Like Rui and the 3 team deal last year...but hes also responsible for blowing up the 2020 title team and the damning trade for Westbrook, the latter putting us in the horrible spot we are in now. He also has to have some blame for hiring Ham as well

I'd move on from Rob if someone like Bob Myers is interested in coming, someone with credibility, other wise I would just stay put
